General Terms and Conditions

  1. General regulations
    1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all training services provided by the training company (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").  
    1.2 By registering for a training course, the participant (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") expressly accepts these GTC.

  2. Scope of services
    2.1 The Provider offers training courses in the field of cosmetics and beauty, such as eyelash extensions, cosmetics and permanent make-up.  
    2.2 The training contents are described in advance in a training program and are binding.

 

3. terms of payment 

3.1 The prices for the Provider's training courses shall be fixed and binding within the framework of the training program.  

3.2 Payment shall be made 50% after purchase and 50% no later than 14 days before the start of the course. 

  1. Booking and cancellation conditions 

4.1 Bookings can be made by telephone, e-mail or via the Provider's website.  

4.2 Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the training course. Cancellations made later than this will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the training price. 

  1. Training start

The desired training course is booked with the chargeable purchase. The contract is concluded by using the "Book now for a fee" button. The exact date of the start of the training course is shown in the confirmation of registration as the start of the training course and is decisive for changes to the contract.

  1. Teaching material

6.1 The starter sets contain the teaching materials that belong to the booked training course and are handed out at the start of the training course.

6.2 All teaching material becomes the property of the customer. The content and scope of the teaching material are set out in the descriptions of the respective training course, but may vary. 

6.3 The teaching material provided by the Provider is subject to copyright and may not be copied or digitized in the original or passed on to third parties free of charge or for a fee.

or contact the School of Misses. During the training course, the customer is supervised by certified instructors who answer the specialist questions.

  1. Final certificate / certificate of completion

8.1 After each training course, it is possible to obtain a certificate with the name of the customer and the training course attended.
The certificate is issued as soon as the requirements are met. For this, photos with work results of various models must be submitted. The evaluation of the submitted photos is the responsibility of employees of the School of Misses and is evaluated according to internal standards. The number of photos or models varies and can be found in the description of the respective training course.

8.2 As soon as the work results have been evaluated and confirmed in accordance with the internal guidelines, the customer is informed by the provider and the certificate is finalized. The customer then receives the certificate by post.

  1. Contractual security

9.1 The rules set out in this application apply to the customer and the provider. The information in the course handbook therefore forms part of this contract. The customer will receive a precise description of the selected course with the confirmation of registration.

  1. Liability and guarantee
     10.1 The Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from force majeure or unforeseeable events. 

 5.2 The provider guarantees that the training courses are carried out by qualified trainers. 

  1. Data protection provisions
    11.1 The provider undertakes to treat the customer's personal data confidentially and to process it in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. 
  1. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
    12.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.  

12.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these GTC is the registered office of the provider
